CEDAR SHAKE HOME
BLURB HERE?
BEFORE AND AFTER
The renovation of this house completely changed the nature of the first floor. The old kitchen became a TV room, TV room became a dining space, the old dining room became an office, and the kitchen became an addition in the front of the home.

KITCHEN
The kitchen was moved to an addition in the front of the house in order to prioritize that space as where you’d want to spend the most time based on its relation to the site. The sitting room was also added to that higher priority space in the front of the house, optimized by big windows to enjoy the surrounding natural setting.
LIVING
This completely rearranged how the first floor lived and was experienced, with the living room being only space staying in the same location as an anchor to the home. Additionally, 2 baths were remodeled upstairs and a primary suite was added. All of these changes during the relocation allowed an opportunity to upgrade each space for a more functional and beautiful home.

COMFORT
This remodel also included finding space for additional storage opportunities and having energy upgrades to improve the comfortability of the home. Whether your home is in need of those small changes alone to improve the functionality of your space or requires a rejuggling of space like this project, I have experience with all scales of renovation.
