New Energy-Efficient Home
EXTERIOR
The client’s vision for this new build was to create a home that embodied an older style but still had the amenities, comfort, and performance of modern construction.
OLD-NEW
As a result, we created a home with classical styling, working closely with the owners to craft for them an "old-new" house.
PLANNING
The layout developed into a semi-open floorplan, allowing for public spaces large enough for entertaining, as well as cozy spaces for everyday living.
CHARACTER
A focus on intricate detailing throughout the home gives it a strong character, achieving an “old-new house" look. While that detailing typically doesn't come with energy efficient performance, this design achieves both.
