EXTERIOR
This client’s family needed more space to accommodate their growing needs, as is common with forever homes needing to adapt over time.
LIVING
The solution for them was to convert their existing garage into both an entertainment space and a multipurpose room, with the infrastructure to serve as a project room, room for the kids to play, overflow space when hosting, or even a second kitchen to help with larger gatherings.
DETAILING
Not only did we match the interior and exterior detailing of the existing house, but in a few places we took it a step further to really add to the character of the home
CONNECTION
A new mudroom and 3-car garage was then added on serving as the connection between the addition and existing home.
