RIVER OVERLOOK
Along the Huron River, this home has undergone three phases (with a fourth one coming soon!)
PHASE 1

WINDOWS
Phase one saw to an immediate need: reframing the view from the great room to the exterior overlooking the river. Widening the existing entry sequence was key to framing a breathtaking, serene view created by the new window wall.
SHADES
Automatic roller shades allow for maximum light and glare control, and elegant detailing hides them from view when not in use.
PHASE 2

ADDITION
Phase two saw to an expansion of the Primary Suite; including a new Sitting Room and office as well as a new Primary Bath and Closet.
VIEWS
Each of these spaces embrace the calm of the outdoors, with large framed views that bring the outside in.

PHASE 3

EXTERIOR
Phase three begins to bring the entire home into alignment; connecting the detached Garage to the rest of the house with a new mudroom. The use of form and materials brings it into alignment with the aesthetic style of the rest of the home.
RENOVATION
A gym and living spaces were created as well, giving more flexibility to how one can live in the home throughout their lives.
