Moving the Kitchen from the cramped center of the home to a corner allows one to work in the Kitchen without being interrupted by the traffic patterns of  the household.

BEFORE AND AFTER

Small changes can have huge impacts.  Simply flipping the relative locations of the Kitchen and Dining Room completely changes the way one experiences this home.

DINING

In the Dining Room, the smallest addition transforms the space from a cramped afterthought to the place everyone wants to be: overlooking the lake below.
