Advocate for your Interest

As a licensed professional, your Architect is obligated to work toward getting you the best possible outcome for your investment, by aligning your goals with what is possible from planning through construction. Architects bring value as someone that has been directly hired by you to advocate for you. We will work directly with your chosen builder to ensure your best interests are being met throughout the process and to ensure your goals are reflected at every step in the building process.

Represent your Vision

Architects make sure that your vision is translated into documents used not only to obtain permits and material takeoffs, but to really bring the ideas to life. Working either directly with you or as part of a larger design team, an Architect will help make sure your goals are at the forefront of the design and that it gets translated into your build during the construction process.

Guide you Through the Process

Reimagining your home can be a stressful thing to do on your own. A home contains a myriad of systems that work together to bring you comfort, safety, and joy. One of an Architects’ jobs is to make these systems work together to, in the most efficient manner, to achieve your goals. One of the greatest risks of working on homes without an architect is making costly mistakes that don’t consider how each system works together, causing delays due to unexpected construction revisions, or living with results that don't work for you. Aspire offers a full service process, from the initial concept and meetings about goals to construction oversight, to ensure those things are avoided.

Be an Expert on your Team

Building a great team is essential to the building process. An Architect will help coordinate these relationships while serving as your advocate throughout the process. Because architects work directly for you, they can provide an independent perspective while fostering collaboration among the entire project team. There won’t be conflicts of interest or profit-driven tradeoffs if you have an Architect to represent you. Whether you are coming to us with a contractor chosen already or would like recommendations, having a team that works well together is critical to any project.

Instead, I use my experience, knowledge, and creativity as a lens to focus your hopes and dreams to craft a home for you and your family. This process requires partnership, and makes sure we are aligned with what you’re hoping to accomplish, ensuring that we stay focused on achieving those goals throughout the project.
